My last holiday

                                  My last holiday

It was the first of July, so at last the trip that i was dreaming long long ago became true. At 4 years old, every night i prayed to God that someday i could see pyramids, that was my only wish that time. We travelled to lots of countries but never went to Cairo, i am really grateful that i could go to many countries but i really want to go to Cairo, then God made my dream came true.

So let's start the day,

I woke up at 8 in the morning, woke up with an exciting feeling. I went to the barber as fast as I could because my hair was long already. Then at 1 pm we went to the airport, so we waited there about three hours. It was boring for sure, i really got nothing to do, so i just slept there. At last we went to the airplane and went to Kuala Lumpur from Bandung. We arrived at 6 and I was really tired back then, but the airport was good enough, so i was satisfied. At least there was wifi so I could talk with my friends but to be honest it was boring. We waited for so long, so we decided to look around. Then my sister bought glasses because she was in love with that glasses. Around 1 am we were asked to go to plane. I went to the plane as fast as I could, then at last I arrived at my sitting place, immediately fell asleep. I slept about 4/5 hours then I woke up, however, it was still about 5 hours more so I decided to watch film. I watched about 2 films and then we arrived at 6 am the second of July there at Amman.

We met our tour group then we went to Petra, and it was about 2 hours. We went to the hotel, the hotel was good enough, it was 4 star hotel so I was satisfied enough. We were given time to rest about 2 hours and then we went to Al Deir which is one of the seven wonders of the world. It took about 1 hour from our hotel by walking. As we arrived, my sister and I decided to ride camels while sightseeing around Petra. Unfortunately, we had to pay to the owner of the camels. Although the camels were stingy, but it was tolerable. We took pictures there and having fun seeing the Monument and we went back to Hotel, had dinner together, then slept.

I woke up at 5.30 am and packed up my things then cleaned myself. I went to the restaurant to eat. After that we went back to Amman and went to Mount Nebo to see the statue of Musa's snake from bible's tale and then we went to the famous dead sea. We did swim there and we floated on the water. I was both surprised also amazed but my body was in pain maybe because there was a scar somewhere at my body. So, it was about 1 hour we spent there, then we took bath and went to hotel and rest there.

As usual I woke up at 5.30 and we leaved the hotel at 7.30 continuing our next journey to Jericho which was the oldest city in this world. Along the way, we visited the Mount of Temptation, the place where Jesus was tempted and it looked like the normal mount there so it got nothing special for me, but I was happy enough. After that, we went to Tiberias or Galilea, we went to a diamond store and finally we checked in to our hotel. We ate first and the good news was I made friends there and luckily there was someone that was 13 too and his birthday was at the same month as mine. So, I talked to him after eating there and we have a lot of fun together. It was 11 pm and we hadn't even took a bath so we decided  to go our own room to take bath then slept.

I visited the sea of Galilee and we acrossed the lake using a boat. At the lunch time, we ate Petrus's fish in a restaurant after we arrived at the other side of the lake and we went to Jordan River and some of us were baptised there but my family decided not to get baptised. It was at 6 when we finished in Jordan River, so we went to our hotel, the hotel this time was good, it was 5 star and I was really satisfied. So we had dinner and slept.

I went to Cana the place where Jesus made his first miracle, he turned water to wine and my parents did marry again there, then we went to Nazareth, visited the house of holy family. Then we went to Haifa. It was a really good city, I was amazed. In my opinion, it was one of the most beautiful city i have ever visited for me. Then we went to Bethlehem and rest there.

It was the 7 of July, from Bethlehem we travelled back to Jerusalem to visit the Our Father Church, there were about 85 language of Our Father in heaven prayer. Then, we went to The Getsemani where Jesus was arrested by the soldier of romans. Lastly, we visited the cave where Jesus was born, then went back to Bethlehem and rest there.

I went to the wailing wall where people cried and prayed then we went Jerusalem again and went to the Garden Tomb. We spent about 2 hours there and it was lunch time already, it was 2 pm and we went to Qumran to eat. There are a store that sold mask from the dead sea, my mom, sisters bought it as a souvenir to give to cousins or friends. We spent 2 hours again there and then we went to the hotel and  ate there and rest.

This was the most boring and tiring day, we went to Dahab for a day, we ate lunch at Hardrock cafe and there was starbuck in front of it and we bought tumblrs as souvenir and for ourselves, then continue again and then we ate dinner at a restaurant which was really nasty.Iit was so ugly and not clean, then we arrived at 10 pm in Dahab, we started the journey from 7 am and arrived at 10 pm, it was more than 12 hours.

The next day we woke up at 8 am and took bath and packed because we are going to Cairo, but before we went there we took pictures in the hotel because the hotel was enormously big and amazing , we went to Cairo about 8 hours and as soon we arrived there we went to hotel. The hotel was Hilton Ramses and it was better than the one in Bandung of course, it was 2 times bigger, we cleaned our body and slept there.

This was the most exciting day for me, we went to pyramids at 8 am and took pictures there. Unfortunately the pyramids were not as good as I expected. Even though I was disappointed to be honest but it was really a great experience to see them with my own eyes. Then we went to sphinx using bus only about 5 minutes, the sphinx was not as good as expected too, the nose of the sphinx was broken, I mean it has no nose but I was happy, finally I could see this pyramids and sphinx. Then we went to a  perfume store. It sold perfume that was no normal perfume, they sold perfume that could make people sleepy, focused, etc. It was really expensive. Then we went to papyrus store, we bought papyrus there. Then we went back to hotel.

It was the last day of the trip, I was really sad. So we went to the last church of the trip and went to a chinese food restaurant there and then we went to airport. It was suck there, there was no wifi, and we waited about 7 hours until the flight. We flight from Cairo to Abu Dhabi and then waited in Abu Dhabi airport for 4 hours and we went to Jakarta from Abu Dhabi, it took about 9 hours. We arrived at 11 pm in Jakarta. We stayed there 1 night and the next day we went back to our hometown, our lovely Bandung.

KPI

18th of feb, KPI (Kebaktian Penyegaran Iman) was held. Held at Anugerah Church. We must got there by 7:30 a.m. and it started at 8 a.m. We sang Church songs and then we started the ceremony after singing Church songs. there were singers, band and dancers. The leader told us about her experience life back then. She lived in a poor family,that couldn't even afford to pay rent or school. It was really sad to hear. She did not believe in God back then, but her friend made her realise that God is exsist. She encourages us to appreciate what we have. Then she prayed for us and asked us to say sorry to people that we have hunted . Then we sang songs again and end the event.

SINGAPORE FIELD TRIP

Me ,my teachers and my friends went to  Singapore for a study tour. We stayed there for 6 days. We left to Singapore on the 20th of February and went back to indonesia ,26th of February. We stayed in a hostel it's clean and comfortable too, On the first day, we didn't go to school because it was Saturday. So we went to the Science Center. There was scientific experiments everywhere there it's nice and there was a vr or virtual reality.To be honest it is exciting. After that we went to Jcube mall. We ate dinner there. Me ,owen ,michelle ,darren ,etc ate at Nando's. It was delicious. They gave us the menu ,yeah so we ordered the grilled chicken package. It's about $36 more or less but we divided it by 7/6 :v On the second day, we went to church. The church is not as big as i thought,there were people there but it's not much. I thought that the church can't spoke indonesian but  they spoke Indonesian. I was amazed .It took long really long bec...
